Bring your team and make plans to join us for the Illinois Electronic Health Record Summit on November 12, 2009!  Our objective for this event is to introduce attendees to various EHR systems in a way that allows them to compare and differentiate functionality that would best benefit their respective practices.  Designed to be a learning environment,  this day will provide an educational experience for even those that have not yet started looking for a system. 

Keynote speakers will provide presentations on “Stimulus Incentives” - The Coker Group and “EHR Contracting Checklist”  - Emedapp.  Six EHR group demonstrations will include:

• Company overview
• Workflow and benefits to your practice
• Overview of specialty specific templates offered
• Documentation and workflow of a patient as they “walk” through your practice

Group Demonstrations being performed by:  Allscripts, Athena Health, eClinicalWorks, Greenway, NextGen and Sage.  Exhibit Hall will feature additional EHR vendors for you to gather informaiton or participate in one-on-one demonstrations.
