The Illinois Medical Group Management Association is proud to publish the results from the 2009 Medical Practice Employee Salary and Benefits Survey and it is now available for purchase.

You will be emailed an electronic copy of the Salary Survey within 72 hours after we receive payment.  Please make sure you provide a valid email address when registering for your copy.

 The ILMGMA salary survey is an exceptional tool for practice managers to budget and manage their staff. We thank all the practices that took time to participate in the 2009 survey.

There are several unique features about the survey:

• Physician to staff ratios

• Summary of employee benefits

• Compensation for staff positions is broken]down by state totals as well as general geographic locations; and

• Staff compensation is stated as an hourly rate and can be used to calculate annualized salary (included is a mean and percentile ranking).
