There will be 35 available booths and we do expect a sell out. We encourage you to make your reservation for booth space quickly. Booth assignments will be made in the order of receipt of completed Exhibit/Sponsorship registration and payment. Other considerations of booth placement will be given to Corporate Sponsors, Conference & Custom Sponsors during the conference. We anticipate around 100 attendees composed of CEOs/CFOs, Partners, Vice Presidents and Directors, Practice Administrators, and Practice Office and Billing Managers. Our conference has built in almost 6 hours of time, over both days, to network with conference attendees through breakfast and breaks in the exhibit hall, sit down lunches and a networking reception the evening of April 8th. Power Supply for Exhibit Booth: $75 A standard wattage power supply for your exhibit table is available for an additional cost. To maximize your networking time, exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to participate in all breaks, meals, networking reception and sessions throughout the duration of the conference. You will also receive pre-printed cards with the wireless access code/directions and attendees will be instructed to go to your booth to receive their card for wireless access during the conference. Includes your organization’s logo imprinted on conference CD or Flash Drive which will be handed out to all attendees. CD/Flash Drive will include conference presentations/handouts and you may submit a file/presentation from your organization to be uploaded onto the CD/Flash Drive as well.
