CONFERENCE INFORMATION

After a tough year, we are excited to welcome attendees back for an in-person conference! You won't want to miss all that we have in store for you. 

We have a great agenda full of timely topics. Our Annual Conference speakers all come highly rated.  This conference will provide great leadership training, personal/professional development, employee management, information, tips and tools from our speakers. We've also built in plenty of time to catch up with your friends and fellow Illinois MGMA members you may only see once or twice each year.

If you are unable or uncomfortable joining us in person but still want the education, we are offering a virtual option! The virtual option includes on-demand access to all session recordings for 30 days after the event. If you plan on attending virtually, please select that option during the registration process.

Our Networking Event is one of the highlights of our conference!

Don't forget - You need to RSVP for this event during the registration process.  You will receive your event ticket at check in.

COVID PROTOCOLS

We are grateful for the opportunity to hold this conference in person. Extra precautions will be taken to provide a safe & healthy environment for attendees. Any relevant CDC guidelines and local/state regulations will be followed. 

Anyone who is uncomfortable attending in person may select the virtual option during the registration process.

If you are not feeling well, we ask that you please stay home and do not attend the conference. Please email main@ilmgma.com if you need to switch your in-person registration to the virtual option due to sickness.

During the registration process, there is an option to share your COVID vaccination status with us. This is NOT required and will be used only to provide an anonymous headcount to the conference venue. We will not share or use the information for any other purpose.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

A group room block has been booked at the Chicago Marriott Naperville for attendees of the Illinois MGMA Annual Conference at a discounted rate of $139.00 per night for King Room/Single occupancy + applicable taxes.  Our discounted group rate is valid for the evenings of Wednesday 7/29 and Thursday 7/30. The Chicago Marriott Naperville is within walking distance to 18 restaurants, including Maggianos, Mortons Steakhouse, The White Chocolate Grill, Cooper's Hawk, Jason's Deli, Naf Naf Grill, Granite City Pub.
