Please note that our sponsorship & exhibitor opportunities are reserved for Affiliate members of Illinois MGMA. If you are already an ILMGMA Affiliate member, please sign in prior to registering for your booth. Each General Exhibit Booth purchase includes:
- One 6-foot booth
- Full conference registration for 1 on-site representative (Up to 1 additional rep can be added for a fee of $200 - this does not apply to corporate sponsors)
- A pre- & post-conference attendee contact list
- Your organization's listing in our attendee program
- Please note that last minute registrants may not be included in the program listing and other printed materials.
Special Conditions
- Vendors selling products/services to providers are prohibited from registering for the Fall Financial Conference as a conference attendee. Vendors who register as an attendee will have their registration automatically cancelled and any fees collected will be refunded.
- Participation as an exhibitor at the Fall Financial Conference is a benefit of Illinois MGMA membership. Only Affiliate Members of Illinois MGMA may exhibit at our conferences. Please note that Affiliate membership with national MGMA is separate from and in addition to Affiliate membership with Illinois MGMA.
- Exhibit space and custom sponsorships are sold on a first come, first served basis with payment in full. We do not hold exhibit space or sponsorships.
- Show management makes exhibit booth assignments. Every attempt by show management, will be made to provide space between exhibit booths for organizations with competing products/services.
- Priority placement of booth space in our exhibit hall is given to Corporate Sponsors first, based on sponsorship level purchased.
- Signing up for exhibit space or sponsorships is an agreement to provide any materials needed by dates provided by event management team (to be determined soon).
- Refunds will not be given after October 15, 2022.
