After applying benchmarking data to her previous practice, she exceeded their budgeted annual revenue goal by $1.12M in 10 months while also improving other areas of the practice.  Shortly after that, she wanted to help other healthcare leaders become knowledgeable in operationalizing and analyzing industry data and have the same success as she did, which led her to join MGMA, where she became their Senior Healthcare Data Strategist and eventually oversaw the Data Strategy team.

During COVID-19, Lauren saw an opportunity that lacked in the market for organizations to be able to know what is occurring in the industry in real-time.  Through Simpliphy’s cutting-edge software and ability to do this, she joined their team in January of 2023 to assist with continued product growth of their software and the launch of their real-time benchmarking features.
