Kerri has been fortunate to have worked in three countries and with a variety of fields, including: education, healthcare, manufacturing, recruitment, real estate, and financial investment. In all of these experiences, there is one theme: when adults work together, teams thrive and success increases.

Kerri has over 15 years of academic training and 25 years of people development. Kerri has taught adults at Johns Hopkins University, University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, and others. Her formal academic training includes a PhD in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University, a Master of Education (University of Alberta), a Master of Human Resource Management (DeVry).

Cathy Harte, MBA, FACMPE

Cathy has served as a healthcare industry leader for more than 30 years, serving single site and regional leadership roles in skilled nursing and long-term care, single and multi-specialty clinics, private and not-for-profit hospital settings, and integrated delivery systems. Cathy maintains expertise in RHC/FQHC regulation, primary and specialty care, and population health. 
 
She is an active member of the State and National Rural Health Associations. Ms. Harte is a Fellow with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA.  When not consumed with her work, Cathy volunteers her time to mentor new careerists and healthcare management students and supports community based not-for-profit Boards benefiting youths through mentoring.

Mark Helms

Mark Helms is the Executive Director of Strategy & Analytics at UChicago Medicine, and has served at the organization for 4+ years. In that role he leads the development and implementation support of various strategic plans both for the health system and the broader enterprise (inclusive of the enterprise’s 10-year joint growth strategy for its Clinical, Research, and Educational enterprises).
 
Prior to joining UChicago Medicine, Mark was an Engagement Manager with Chartis, where he spent 5+ years leading projects in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, financial forecasting, and operating model design for a wide range of academic medical centers and other healthcare organizations. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wake Forest University.
 

Dan Marino, MBA, MHA

Dan Marino specializes in shaping strategic initiatives for healthcare organizations and senior healthcare leaders in areas that include population health management, clinical integration, physician alignment, and health information technology. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Dan’s commitment to healthcare quality and care excellence allows him to develop meaningful relationships with clients and guide them through transformative change.

While serving as executive vice president of GE Healthcare Partners, Dan led the national consulting practice in the areas of population health, organizational strategy, health system transformation, data analytics, and health information technology. Prior to GE, as president of Health Directions, he supported numerous organizations across the country in developing and activating organizational strategies in population health, medical group development, service line growth, and financial improvement.

Ishani Patel, MS, FACHE

Ishani has financial, operational, and strategic oversight of all activities within Pediatric Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition service lines. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago in the Parkinson School of Health Sciences and Public Health, where she teaches Medical Terminology and Careers in Healthcare Administration, a unique experiential class she developed, which provides her students with real-time professional connection to further their career. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Loyola University Parkinson School of Health Sciences and Public Health External Advisory Board. Ishani recently became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, marking her lifelong commitment to the field. This past year, Ishani received the 2024 Young Healthcare Executive Award by the Chicago Healthcare Executives Forum, under the American College of Healthcare Executives. Ishani received her Master of Science in Health Systems Management at Rush University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management at Loyola University Chicago, where she was awarded the 2020 Distinguished Alumni of Loyola University’s Parkinson School of Health Science and Public Health.
 

Jason Raidbard, MPA, FACMPE

Jason Raidbard is currently serving the Executive Administrator for the University of Chicago’s Ophthalmology and Visual Science Department. Jason has a passion for improving systems, processes, patient care outcomes, and culture. One of Jason’s key principles is ensuring that his staff, physicians, and patients are all part of an engaged culture that ensures inclusion, integrity, and transparency.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, and finance, Jason has helped both private medical groups, community based health systems, and now in an academic healthcare setting, improve employee engagement scores, patient satisfaction metrics, quality scores, and financial results. 

Sharon Sagarra, MBA, FACMPE

Sharon has 40 years of experience in Healthcare, starting her career as a Payment Poster and then Controller of a Private Radiology practice for over 19 years. She has served as a Manager or Practice Administrator in multiple private practice specialties (OB/GYN, General, Breast & Colorectal Surgery, Radiology, Radiation Oncology, Orthopedics, Dermatology) as well as the COO of an ASC billing company & consultant in the development of an Urgent Care center. Most recently she served as the Interim Medical Clinic Manager of a rural hospital primary care clinic in northwestern Kansas and assisted a Vascular Surgeon transitioning to Private Practice. She has been involved in all areas of practice management including operations, credentialling, front office workflows, staff hiring, firing, and training, revenue cycle management, supply management, policy and procedure management, risk and compliance management and practice start-up as well as assisted in negotiating Professional Services (PSA) and Affiliation agreements, transitioning, and managing those practices to work within large healthcare and academic systems.

A certified facilitator in LeadIn30 and multiple Crucial Learning programs—including Crucial Conversations, Influencer, Crucial Accountability, The Power of Habit, and Getting Things Done—Raquel specializes in equipping individuals and organizations with the tools to communicate effectively and lead with confidence. As a Predictive Index analyst, she brings data-driven insights to workforce development and team optimization.

Passionate about empowering others, Raquel blends expertise with energy, making her training sessions both impactful and engaging. A dedicated wife and mother of four, she infuses her sessions with real-world relatability, humor, and a hands-on approach to adult learning.
