About Dr. Burchill

Kerri, President of NorthStart Coaching, LLC, helps leaders and teams slow down, get clear on their True North and develop a synergy to achieve ambitious goals. Kerri has been fortunate to have worked in three countries and with a variety of fields, including: education, healthcare, manufacturing, recruitment, real estate, and financial investment. In all of these experiences, there is one theme: when adults work together, teams thrive and success increases. Kerri has over 15 years of academic training and 25 years of people development. Kerri has taught adults at Johns Hopkins University, University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, and others. Her formal academic training includes a PhD in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University, a Master of Education (University of Alberta), a Master of Human Resource Management (DeVry).
